Lisa Wilder is a mama, trail runner, adventurer and entrepreneur. She’s the founder of Hither + Yon Adventure Company which creates outdoor experiences for moms and their young children. You can likely find Lisa exploring mountains in the Front Range of Denver, CO with her toddler and her husband.
