Rachel is a registered nurse, yoga teacher, unapologetic ginger and dog mama. Travel nursing has taken her and Tetley (her pup) all over the United States, on a ceaseless adventure of exploring new and wild places. Trail running has shown her the fortitude and resilience she has always had; on the trail she is her wild self. She wants to see more women feel confident and encouraged, on the trails and off! She is an obsessive advocate of sun protection and local coffee.
