Tricia McKeown

My name is Tricia (she/her), and I live on the unceded land of the Skwxu7mesh people, also known as Squamish, BC, Canada. I love exploring trails with my best friend, Mops the adventuring King Charles Spaniel. To me, running/hiking/adventuring/moving on trails allows me to feel gratitude for so many things that allow me to experience trails, to explore what I really am capable of, and to feel connected with and learn more about the communities of those around me. I often write about these experiences, and sometimes share my writing in different capacities such as with Trail Sisters, with my running coach’s weekly newsletter, and on Instagram.
