About Me

After having 4 lovely daughters, I started running again in 2002. I began because I wanted to lose weight, but quickly found the joy of being fit. In 2017, I ran my first marathon. It was the hardest thing I had ever done, but I was so empowered that I DID IT! After that, it was easy to find new goals. Next was to Boston Qualify, then to run a 50 miler and in 2014, I completed my ultimate goal of running 100 miles! Jump ahead to 2020. I have now run more than 100 marathons, 16 ultras over 50 miles long and completed 6 – 100 milers.I found that we all have potential to do great things! You don’t need to be fast. You just need a passion for a goal!I’m here to help you envision and meet your goal.

Run often and run long, but never outrun your JOY of running

My Coaching Style / Methodology

I work to make the training plan fit you and your busy life.Key workouts that are specific to your race event are important. Long runs are important to any ultra, but also not overdoing the mileage. Communication is key to make a training plan work. I’m excited to help guide you on your running journey.
