I have been an endurance athlete and coach for the last 16 years. Throughout those years I have participated in Ironman triathlons and running events from 5ks to 100 mile ultramarathons. I have also had the opportunity to work with athletes of all ages and abilities. Along with being a running coach, I am also a certified personal trainer, life coach, and ChiRunning instructor. I say that my specialty is keeping my clients healthy and injury free as they go through the training process.
I am a coach because it is my passion to help people achieve their goals and break through the obstacles that prevent them from living their best life!

I believe that a good training plan should fit into a client’s life and prior life commitments. I pride myself in creating training plans that challenge my clients but not “break” or “wreck” them physically or mentally in the process. My clients can expect a coach that LISTENS and adapts the plan as the training progresses. I always tell my clients that “only they live in their body and it is up to me to honor the feedback that they give me throughout the coaching process.”
