About Me

I am originally from Wisconsin and found trail running while living abroad. I ran in high school and college and then took a very long break. Trail running was my entry back into the sport. I ran in my first race at 35 and have been competing ever since. I became a coach because I recognized the impact that running had on my life and wanted to share this with others.

Forward is progress

My Coaching Style / Methodology

I want to make coaching accessible for everyone. I create individualized plans based off the athlete’s needs, experiences, life and time commitments, and goals. Plans can be adjusted at any time. I maintain ongoing communication with my athletes, aiming to talk minimum once per week to better organize training. My goal is to make training plans that are obtainable, and fit within each athlete’s life and outside commitments. I believe the key to success is consistency.
