About Me

I have been coaching in the realm of endurance for over 14 years, working with athletes of all levels from all over the world. I raced at the highest of levels in ultra running (and adventure racing) for over 12 years, helping Salomon form their elite International running team until 2013. Today, my efforts are focused on my athletes and guiding multi-day backcountry running experiences. I still get after it outdoors, doing the odd race and tackling FKT’s as time allows. Running has given me so much, fulfilling my life in so many ways. I coach to give that same experience to others, to help people reach goals they may have not thought possible and to support them on their own journey.

You learn that how you got there was what’s important. Not what you accomplished.

My Coaching Style / Methodology

My expertise is in endurance, preparing the newbie runner for their first ultra and working with the seasoned athlete towards a performance goal. I believe that smart training is only half the equation with nutrition and mindset being the other critical components. With so much new research today on female endurance protocols recently being studies, I have specialized in working with females to work with their unique physiology, menstrual cycles, stress management and a diet that supports their hormones so that they can experience longevity in running. Equally as important is finding the unique puzzle (volume/intensity/rest) for what each athlete needs to succeed. Expect constant communication when working with me! The more we work together, the better the results will be!
