Trail Running became apart of my life before I knew it was it’s own sport. I have been running Ultras since 2016 and coaching since 2018. I coach because I want to share what trail running and running has brought to my life with others. I enjoy applying the skills from both my educational background as an Occupational therapist and running experience in numerous ultras and stage races with runners of all levels.
My Coaching Style / Methodology
Athletes can expect to receive running and run-specific strength programming based on the most recent scientific evidence, as well as hollistic approaches that account for our individual demands of day to day life outside of running. Coaching is completely individualized with daily feedback and opportunities for goal setting phone calls or calls to just talk things through.
