About Me

I have been running for as long as I can remember, with countless 5k,10k and half marathon finishes. I have completed 3 full Ironmans, and now 3 full Marathons (including Boston) along with trail running events, up to the 50K distance. I have a goal to complete the 6 Marathon Majors, along with a 100K in the coming years. I love to run both on the road and the trails!

My Coaching Style / Methodology

I am a very health first coach – focusing on ensuring my athletes have a good foundation of healthy habits to support the training I prescribe. I utilize the 80/20 Intensity principles in my programming to ensure that athletes have the most efficient and effective training plans to reach “their best self through sport”.
