About Me

I was a late bloomer when it came to competitive running. I had always participated in sports, but didn’t start running competitively until my early 40’s. In the last 20 years, I have run 25 marathons (PR 3:14) and countless other running races and triathlons in the last 17 years. In recent years, I have continued to run, moving from road racing to trail racing, loving being challenged by the terrain and distance of the ultra completing distances from 50k-100k.
As I became a more experienced runner, I needed to learn more about my nutrition for performance. I have always enjoyed food as a source of fuel, especially baking. As an eater, I practiced vegetarian, vegan, flexitarian and everything in between mostly with performance in mind – I struggled with my food identity as time went on. After some significant injuries (pelvic stress fracture, severe patellar tendonitis, hamstring tendinopathy), I realized that as disciplined as my training was, my nutrition needed some work. That led to becoming a Level 2 Certified Precision Nutrition Coach.

Be the person that when your feet touch the floor in the morning, the devil says, "Aw sh*t, they're up!"

My Coaching Style / Methodology

I focus on female endurance athletes 50+ helping them to build strength, dial in their nutrition to support their goals, all while navigating menopausal years and finding their lane to perform their best! As a coach, it is to meet clients where they are and connect exercise and nutrition in a meaningful way, a passion borne out of my own fitness journey. By making overall wellness a high priority, lifestyle changes can be made to increase energy and perform at a high level. I help women reclaim their peak performance by making lifelong improvements to their health, fitness, and wellness all within the context of YOUR real life.
