I’ve been running since I was 18! I would make excuses to get out of running due to asthma. My best friend after high school started running and said I should too because it’s “fun”. After I laughed, I decided to try it and found it was hard, but fun! I had the opportunity to run with some strong women through the years. Races became longer, I began running marathons and qualified and ran Boston. I then began racing ultra marathons. I am a coach because I love the running community. I love sharing my passion for running. Fitness is a great side effect of running! ;)
