I love to run whether I have an event or not. Being close to nature, away from the hustle and bustle of life, that’s me. The best way to cheer yourself up is to try to cheer somebody else up.
I’m more of a side-by-side type of coach, which means actually running/training with you quite frequently. Having daily and weekly contact along with 1:1 coaching can really help bust through some of the myths out there, help you gain confidence, and encourage you to keep pressing through some of the challenges faced with training for an event.
