About Me

I started running ultramarathons in 2019, and since then have successfully completed 8 ultramarathons, ranging from 50 km to 100 km, reaching the podium for 3 of them, and setting one course record. On the more adventurous side, I have set 2 FKTs (fastest known times) and plan to try for two more in 2025. I was able to run ultra and trail races while pregnant, as well as postpartum. Now, after five years of running ultra marathons, all while balancing work and family, including two pregnancies, I wanted to grow my knowledge of the sport of trail and ultra running and became certified as an UESCA ultrarunning coach.. Being an always-on-the-go self-motivated runner and experienced educator, I strive to help everyday athletes realize their not-so-everyday goals using current evidence-based programming and coaching. Further, I have a specific passion for helping other mothers stay fit and strong, and run long, even throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and throughout the busyness of motherhood.

The only way to define your limits is by going beyond them.
