I’ve been a long-distance endurance athlete for over 15 years. I love helping people reach their potential, a potential they may not see in themselves right away. I believe the confidence athletes receive from their training translates to all other areas of their life.
My Coaching Style / Methodology
I’m a positive, motivating coach. I take time educating my clients on what I consider best practices to running for them to reach their potential. I hold them high, cheer them on and also help them see the overall bigger picture.
