Our Mission is to increase women’s participation and opportunity in trail running and hiking through inspiration, education and empowerment.
I started running 10 years ago and like many others, I fell in love with it! After having a coach of my own for several years I wanted to be for others what she had been to me for so long. I love the thinking behind the planning, I love personalizing training to fit the individual and I love seeing my athletes succeed!

I believe training should be fun! It should also be challenging and engaging. One of my athletes described my coaching style as ‘grace over guilt’.
