Our Mission is to increase women’s participation and opportunity in trail running and hiking through inspiration, education and empowerment.
This is a 26 mile trail marathon in the Slide Mountain Wilderness Area of the Catskill Mountains, highly technical, rugged and demanding, with about 7000 ft of gain. Multiple aid stations are present to assist runners, but participants need to be somewhat self-sufficient since the aid stations are widely spaced and there are remote areas. There is a generous 10 hour overall cutoff.
