An Open Letter to Myself

When you start to get tired and question why you are doing what you are doing, remember all of the moments over the past few months and years spent daydreaming of this. Think about how exciting it was to make all of the lists and plans and preparations to get to where you are.

Don’t Sweat. No Really, Try Not to Sweat.

A winter run is made possible once you make the laborious decision to exchange that pleasant, warm bed, car, office, or trailhead bathroom, for the cold. Given this, it is only natural that we often present ourselves to winter completely and hopelessly overdressed.
