Ladies, let’s talk about menopause! Whether you’re going through it now or later down the road, it’s helpful to learn a bit more about the different phases, the effects, and how others have worked through it.  Join me with special guests Lindsley Kump, Liza Howard, Meghan Canfield and Pam Reed to discuss running and hiking during menopause.
