I’m a certified exercise physiologist (ACSM C-EP) and certified running coach (RRCA) with a passion for helping people fall in love with running. I’ve been working with clients in person for over a decade, helping them reach a variety of fitness goals. Three years ago, my husband and I founded Hart Strength & Endurance Coaching to share our our love for trail and ultrarunning, as well as our coaching and professional knowledge, to people across the country. It’s been an incredible ride so far!
Personally, I’ve been running since the birth of my son in 2006. I discovered ultras in 2015, and haven’t looked back, having since completed two 100 milers, and dozens of shorter distance ultras. Running has changed my life in more ways that I can even begin to describe!

We believe that ordinary people are capable of extraordinary feats, and that living an active lifestyle can transform your life in more ways than one. We also believe that these goals can be accomplished while balancing the real world, family, and work life (because as parents: we totally get how hard the training/life balance can be!) It is our passion to help people reach their fitness goals, whether it be a first 5K, a first pushup, or setting a personal record in an extreme ultra event.
We are huge fans of strength and cross training, focusing on the athlete as a whole, rather than simply logging monotonous high mileage. Our coaching services are all inclusive: unlimited contact with your coaches, and unlimited changes in programming as needed. Your program is written just for you, based on your goals, your current fitness, and your life circumstances.
