I ran in high school on the track team. After graduating and getting married I lost touch with running, started having kids and just made excuses. After awhile I finally got myself together and made me a priority. Started running again, lost weight, started trail running and fell head over heels for it. I’ve run mulitple local races in various distances, I’ve run to 50Ks, a 50 miler and I’m training for my first 100 miler this fall. I help with a local youth running team, started a running club at the school I work for and help my two daughters with their running.
miles are miles no matter how fast they are ran.
I believe the client is unique and their training plan should be too.I want to help them train smart, find balance between their training and life’s priorities, help them manage injury risks all while having fun and setting challenging but realistic goals, I think we can all do more than what we think we are capable of. When we get outside and explore we find ourselves.My MissionHelp educate others on how to get outside and run their first race, run their first ultra, hike their first mountain and guide young families on exploring nature through the sport of running.
